The Protect-a-lite has been designed for areas that require the discreet elimination of flying insects. It is therefore ideal for restaurant eating areas, hallways, reception areas, lounges etc., in fact anywhere where unwanted flying insects cause a nuisance and conventional fly killers would be unacceptable. Visually the Protect-a-lite looks like a normal light fitting but with its high performance 15 watt UV attractant tube and special adhesive board mounted inside the shade, it becomes a very efficient form of insect control. The insects once captured, remain out of sight. The steel shade can be finished in a variety of finishes to suit any decor, and is easily removed, without the use of tools, to facilitate board renewal.
