GLU-90
The
Insect-a-clear
GLU-90
is an
ideal alternative to conventional
high voltage machines. The concept
is widely accepted by environmental
health officers and hygiene
managers, and in some circumstances,
preferred. The flying insects
are attracted to the GLU-90
by two, 20 watt UV tubes that
is irresistable to flying insects.
Once attracted
into the GLU-90
they will
come to rest on a special adhesive
coated glue board and become
permanently captured. Once the
board is full it can quickly
and easily be replaced. Once
removed, monitoring by a pest
controller or hygiene manager
is easily undertaken. The UV
light source on the GLU-90
has not been restricted in any
way by the use of plastic diffusers
etc. which reduce the UV light
output.

new GLU-90
comes
complete with 6 adhesive trays.
All
machines are supplied with extension
dust guards (not shown).
Plastic
fly killers can degrade and
become brittle due to the effect
of the ultra violet light. This
model, being all steel, is unaffected
by this.
